Quebec & Ontario
Deliveries are made on all business days from our warehouse. Delivery times are 3-7 business days. Any additional delays are the responsibility of the shipping service. Please contact them directly with your tracking number for any lost packages or unreasonable delivery delays.
Standard delivery: 3-7 business days. A tracking number will be provided by email based on your order.

Other Provinces in Canada:(Alberta, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan)
Standard delivery: 3-7 business days.

Remote Areas in Canada: (Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon)
Standard delivery: 10-20 business days.

USA
We do not ship to the United States from the Canadian website.

EUROPE
We currently do not ship to Europe.

Return Policy

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We recommend inspecting them upon receipt. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any product that you believe was damaged during transport or has a manufacturing defect.
Except in exceptional cases involving an administrative error on our part, we do not offer refunds.*

How to Return Merchandise
