Sustainable development

Sustainable development is part of our daily activities. We take our responsabilities regarding the entire life cycle of our products and activities. Our goal is to create value for our stakeholders while maximizing our positive impact on our community and minimizing the negative impact on the environment.

In order to do so, we started a strategic reflexion to answer the sustainable development issues and integrate these concepts in our business practices. Our efforts were recognised when we obtained the Level 1 Ecoresponsible certitifcation from the Council for Sustainable Industries. It is during this process that we produced a sustainable development strategic plan. We act on the following pillars:

1. Management practices that integrates sustainable development concepts
2. Consistent economic decisions that take into account the other indivisible elements of sustainable development
3. To be a prime employer that promotes the well-being of its employees and its community
4. Products and activities with small impacts on the environment
